Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. Normal production time for apparel is 5-7 business days after art approval. Product delivery is based on shipping method chosen.

Q. How do I submit artwork?

A. Email art directly to artwork@inthepaint.com. Vector-based Adobe Illustrator files are preferred for spot-color work, and high-resolution (200 dpi at final print sizes) PSD or TIF files are preferred for full-color process work.

(Not sure if your art will work? Go ahead and email your files to artwork@inthepaint.com and our art department will consult with you on the best options for your design.)

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Custom imprinted items are generally not returnable. If you’re unhappy with your order in any way, be sure to call us at 888.730.5999. We’ll do our best to make your order right.

Q: What if I don't have a logo or artwork?

A: No problem. Our experienced in-house art department can create artwork based on your instructions for a very reasonable price. Send us sketches or concepts, or let us create something for you from scratch. Just ask about our art services when you call or submit an online inquiry.
